Routes
The port of Pruillé is located on the “Du plateau de Marcillé au halage” route; from there, the “Le Trait d’Union” ferry, powered by two paddle wheels, makes it possible to cross the Mayenne. The town hall on Square des Treilles in Pruillé is also listed as a location on this route.
Culture
The founding of the church in Pruillé dates back to 1058. The church is a Romanesque building; its former windows and southern side door became visible again beneath the plaster from the 19th-century restoration in the Gothic style. The church contains a wooden crucifix from the 17th century.
Water
The “Le Trait d’Union” ferry is equipped with paddle wheels and is considered the only motorized ferry in Anjou. It allows people to cross the river on foot, on horseback, by bicycle, or by car.
