Culture and History
The present-day church of Saint-Léger-les-Vignes replaces the church that was burned down during the Revolution in 1793; its reconstruction began in 1802. The bell tower dates from 1832–1833 and features a roof structure with exposed beams. The church roof was restored in 1918, 1946 and 2022.
Trails and Landscape
The Circuit de la Lande is an easy 10.5 km walking route that takes around three hours. It runs through vineyard-covered slopes overlooking the Acheneau valley.
The Circuit de la Lande heads towards the Tour, a former mill that has been incorporated into the town hall, and then reaches a tourist information area with an information board and picnic table. The Balade Mémorielle is a local memorial walk organised by the Mémoire de Saint-Léger association.

The Acheneau is still used for boat trips; part of its banks has been developed for pedestrians. The Buzay chain ferry allows pedestrians to cross the Acheneau between Saint-Léger-les-Vignes and Port-Saint-Père from April to October.
