Le Pallet: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
The Chapelle Sainte-Anne in Le Pallet contains three tombstones dating from the time of the Templars, as well as the tombstones of Guillaume Goheau, who died in 1310, and his wife Isabeau, who died in 1330.
Geographical setting
Le Pallet lies on the left bank of the Loire along the Route Touristique du Vignoble Nantais. The commune is situated between the Nantes wine-growing region and the Sèvre Nantaise.

Landscape
The gabbro known as “Gabbro du Pallet” occurs along the Sèvre and the Sanguèze, between the vineyards and in old walls in the eastern part of the commune.
The Circuit de la Sèvre is an easy, 8.7 km circular hiking trail starting from Le Pallet, with a duration of approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. It follows the banks of the Sèvre, passes through the typical villages of Pé de Sèvre and Port Domino, and leads to panoramic viewpoints over the wine-growing plateaus.
The Circuit de la Sanguèze runs through the vineyards and along the banks of the Sanguèze. Along the route, visitors can discover the history of Héloïse and Abélard at the Chapelle Sainte-Anne and visit the Musée du Vignoble Nantais.
Next to the third building stands a 22-metre-high brick chimney, which plays an important role in the landscape and serves as a landmark.
Culture
The Saint-Vincent church in Le Pallet houses a 16th-century depiction of the Last Supper, a copy of a Milanese work by Gaudenzio Ferrari.
The Musée du Vignoble Nantais displays more than 500 wine-growing objects dating from the 16th century to the present day across 1,000 m². For children aged six and over, it offers a hands-on interactive trail.
