The Château de la Villejégu has been a listed historic monument since 21 December 1984. Protected features include the façades and roofs of the château, the orangery and the outbuildings, the chapel and the dovecote, the interiors and their furnishings, the courtyard of honour, the moat and the bridge, the terrace and the French garden, as well as the gateways.

Trails and Landscapes
The Circuit PDIPR Trail du Pont Noyer is 8.2 kilometres long, was added to the Plan Départemental des Itinéraires de Promenade et de Randonnée in 2024 and awarded the Uni’Vert-trail label. The Circuit Univert’Trail du Pont Noyer starts at the rest area on the RD21. The Sentier de Cuette is a 600-metre connecting trail between the village of Cuette and the departmental rest area on the RD21.
The Pont-Noyer circular trail runs through the valleys of the Loge au Moine and the Hâvre, natural areas designated as Natura 2000 sites. Near Pont Noyer, an ancient route once crossed the Hâvre River.
The Sentier la Gazi-Les Noues starts at the Plan d’eau de l’Ilette and allows visitors to discover the landscape around Couffé in a natural and idyllic setting. At the La Roche site, there are long-spindle presses, which are highlighted by the Sentier la Gazi-Les Noues.
Culture and History
The municipal cultural heritage trail in the centre of Couffé uses information panels at several locations to explain the history of buildings, former activities and associated figures. The Chapelle Saint-Symphorien, also known as the Chapelle de La Monie or Moynie, was built by monks and was under the authority of the Saint-Méen priory.
The Château de la Roche was formerly the seat of the lordship of La Roche and was restored from 1842 onwards. The Château de la Contrie, dating from 1624 to 1840, is the birthplace of François Athanase Charette de La Contrie. The choir of the church of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul contains a contemporary mural by Albert Lemasson, added in 1945.
The Church of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul also houses a liturgical vestment made of purple damask, needlepoint tapestry and gold braid, registered as an object on 31 March 1978.
Nature and Agriculture
Ferme La Gazi holds a farm market on Wednesdays and Fridays. By prior reservation, it offers educational activities, including visits to beehives and the honey extractor or beekeeping, candle-making and beehive painting.
At the Plan d’eau de l’Ilette, visitors can fish for predatory fish, coarse fish and carp. There is also a Théâtre de verdure, where concerts and performances can be organised.
