The Sentier de la Couze is an easy, 12 km-long hiking trail that takes around three hours. It follows paths lined with dry-stone walls. Via Beauguet, it connects to the Sentier des Bruyères, which is one of the hiking trails in the municipality of Saint-Pardoux-le-Lac.

History
Since the 11th century, the parish of Roussac belonged to the archpriesthood of Rancon and the Saint-Martial de Limoges Abbey. In the 13th century, Roussac was elevated to a prévôté; this status lasted until the end of the 16th century.
Culture
The Romanesque church of Roussac features unusual openings and a square tower that houses the bell tower. The church’s detached bell tower was added to the building in 1727. The Romanesque church also contains a painted wooden statue of the Virgin and Child from the 16th or 18th century, which is listed in the inventory of the Monuments historiques.
In the Saint-Martial Church of Roussac, the painted wooden statue of Saint Martial is listed as a protected object among the Monuments historiques.
The Saint-Martial fountain is a votive fountain with an attached washhouse. A procession takes place there on the occasion of Saint Martial’s feast day; according to tradition, the fountain is associated with the healing of livestock.
