Hiking
The Les débutants – Trail 6 circular hiking route is 7.4 kilometres long and begins in Neuvic-Entier. The Douas Vias circular route passes through the landscape of Pays Monts et Barrages and offers a view of the Combade Valley.
La pierre de Neuvic has a variant lasting two hours and covering 8 kilometres. The route passes through several hamlets in a lush natural landscape.
Nature
The Mont Gargan mountain is located near Neuvic-Entier. In the wider regional surroundings of Neuvic-Entier are Vassivière Island, Puy d'Allogne mountain and Puy Pantout mountain.
Culture and History
The Église de la Décollation de Saint-Jean-Baptiste is listed as a protected historic monument. The nave and choir of the Église paroissiale Saint-Jean-Baptiste date from the 13th century; an additional bay and a bell-tower porch were added in the 16th century. The church has a vaulted porch with a rib vault and a nave with four bays.
The Château de Neuvic was rebuilt around 1890.
In the wider regional surroundings of Neuvic-Entier are the FRAC-Artothèque Nouvelle-Aquitaine, a museum, the Artothèque régionale du Limousin, a closed museum, and the Abbaye de Solignac, a monastery. The Cathédrale Saint-Étienne, a church, is also located there.
