The Rubelles faience manufactory was established around 1836 and ceased operations in 1858. At the Maison de la Faïence, visitors can discover Rubelles faience; at the same time, the museum serves as a place of remembrance for the municipality. The Maison de la Faïence was opened in 2019 on the initiative of Rubelles Town Hall. The tourist office occasionally opens it for self-guided or guided tours.
The Church of Saint-Nicolas is also part of the history of the village. It appears to date from the 13th or 14th century. The church contains three funerary epitaphs of the Drouart, Chassepot and du Tremblay families, the former lords of the village. Saint-Nicolas also has old stained-glass windows depicting Saint-Nicolas and Saint-Eloi.

Nature
The Espace Saint-Exupéry is a recreational area on the edge of Rue de Solers in the old village centre of Rubelles and is located in a natural area. In its wooded section, an educational trail enables walkers to learn about various plant species using information panels installed at regular intervals. The Espace Saint-Exupéry also includes a football pitch and play facilities for children.
The Parc du Chantiboust is a natural area dedicated to leisure, sport and relaxation.
