Culture and History
The “Applique en forme de taureau” was discovered in Mauregard. The find has been dated to the period between 120 BC and AD 37 and can be seen in the chronological permanent exhibition at the Musée ARCHÉA.
The Saint John’s Festival, known in French as the fête de la Saint-Jean, is part of the town’s traditional customs. The historic site of Abbaye Notre-Dame d'Hérivaux is also located in the vicinity of Mauregard.
The museums Musée national Picasso, Institut du monde arabe and Laboratoire Reptiles et Amphibiens are located in the wider regional surroundings of Mauregard.

Getting Around
As of 28 August 2023, the Mairie de Mauregard stop has been served by bus route 9501. From that date, bus route 9501 connected Gare de Roissypole at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport via the Mairie de Mauregard stop to Gare de Survilliers–Fosses.
