The Pierre Cornoise menhir is classified as a historic monument under the 1889 list of protected monuments. It is approximately 4.55 metres long and measures about 1.25 metres in diameter at its widest point. The menhir, also known as Pierre Cordière, is presented as evidence that Thoury-Férottes has been inhabited since the Neolithic period.
At La Forteresse, the tower of the drawbridge and two square towers have survived from the former buildings. In the Église Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul, the bell dates from 1669; it was classified as a historic monument in 1942. The carved wooden altarpiece of the main altar dates from 1769 and was placed under heritage protection on 17 October 1978.
There used to be two watermills along the Orvanne, including the Moulin Neuf. The Orvanne is lined with communal or private washhouses made of brick, stone and wood. The Bichereau washhouse was renovated in 2015.
