At the Pont de Lemme stands a fountain with a washhouse made of hewn stone. It is located beneath a shelter made of limestone masonry with a lean-to roof covered with tiles.
A cistern with a livestock watering trough is also made of hewn stone and features a basin and a cast-iron wheel. The local cultural heritage of La Chaumusse also includes a covered well with a hewn-stone post and two stone basins.

Plaisirs FrOMaJura products are made from milk purchased from SCAF du Pays Grandvallier. Milk from Grandvaux and organic cream from SCAF de Saint-Maurice-en-Montagne are also used, sourced from farms participating in the Jura AOP system.
Plaisirs FrOMaJura produces traditionally crafted dessert creams and ice cream in La Chaumusse and the Grandvaux, using milk from local producers. The workshop offers a tour of the production process every Thursday morning, followed by a tasting.
Getting Around
In the Grandvaux, Les Attelages du Grandvaux offers guided sleigh rides in winter. The 51-kilometre, one-day motorcycle tour “Balade surprise sur le Grandvaux” passes through the area; La Chaumusse is one of the listed locations on this route.
