The I-Temponi Cross stands at the northern entrance to Pietra-di-Verde and welcomes pilgrims throughout the year. From the area around the cross, there is a view over the Bussu Valley, the Alesani reservoir and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
From National Route 198, at Alistro between Moriani and Aléria, 500 metres from the Centre LECLERC, take Departmental Road 17 towards Pietra-di-Verde; the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
