Culture
The Ancienne maison des Chanoines was built in the 14th century. Its half-timbered façade is complemented by a dovecote above it; inside, the building preserves a historic spiral staircase providing access to all floors.
The private Grange pyramidale des Brosses dates from the 15th and 16th centuries. It is a rural building typical of northern Berry and can be viewed from the outside from the paths of the short walks.
The history of water engineering is also visible. The Écluse de l'Étang is located on the link between the old and new Canal latéral à la Loire. Via the old canal, it provides access to the listed Écluse de Mantelot. The lock is also home to the only bridge of its kind on the Canal latéral à la Loire; it was designed in 1891 by engineers Sigault and Mazoyer.
Nature
Along the banks of the Loire, the Grèves et îles de Maimbray offer opportunities for birdwatching. These include terns, bee-eaters, herons, night herons, plovers and other species of heron.
The Étang des Brosses has an observation building from which wildlife can be observed unobtrusively. The Jardins de l'Alisier Blanc combine a flower garden, a vegetable garden, an orchard and a Zen garden. These garden areas attract native animals, especially insects.

The “Légende de Nettir” is a family adventure with puzzles and small games. It explores Beaulieu-sur-Loire through its history.
