Culture
The Church of Saint-Pierre was first mentioned in a document issued by an archbishop of Tours in 968. Its fresco in the apsidal calotte vault was rediscovered in 1924.
La Commanderie is a former manor house in Parçay-Meslay and was built between 1460 and 1490 in the Flamboyant Gothic style.
La Grange de Meslay was built in 1220 and is protected as a historic monument. The building is an example of 13th-century civil architecture, measures 60 metres in length and 25 metres in width, and hosts a classical music festival.

Nature
The La Parcillonne hiking trail starts at the Salle des Fêtes on Rue des Sports and passes through vineyards of the Vouvray AOC-AOP appellation. Its southern section is marked in red. The trail also runs along a small slope with numerous caves and houses built partly into the rock.
The Parc de Grand'Maison offers a shaded area for relaxation and leisure activities, as well as a renovated bandstand. The Bois de Château Gaillard is a walking area with great biodiversity and features a fitness trail with exercise equipment of varying difficulty levels.
Gastronomy
Every Friday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., a market selling fruit, vegetables, cheese and poultry takes place on the Place de l’église in Parçay-Meslay. At the Caveau des Perrières – Caves Gautier, wine tastings are offered in the tuffeau stone; it also has a cellar more than 1 km long for producing the AOC wines of Vouvray.

Bus route 53 connects Vaucanson/Tours Nord, Parçay-Meslay, Rochecorbon and Porte de Loire/Tours Centre.
