Culture

The Église Saint-Pierre offers an insight into the history of Mauron: its main construction phase dates back to the 16th century. The south portal has been protected by a listing order dated 15 May 1925. It comes from the former church and features sculpted double-leaf doors and decorated archivolts.

Nature

At the Étang de la Folie, there is an ecological leisure and nature area accessible to motorhome travellers, cyclists and pedestrians. A botanical educational trail with a nature trail includes around one hundred wild species there. The Étang de la Folie is also classified as a second-category fishing water for coarse fish and predatory fish.

Paths

The Mauron–Questembert greenway is 53 kilometres long and follows the route of a former railway line. It enables safe walking.
