Meillac has two municipal hiking trails, including the Chemin des Rochers and the Circuit des Écrouteaux. The Chemin des Rochers bears the FFRandonnée quality label. Along this hiking trail, visitors can discover the Grotte Notre-Dame de Lourdes, dating from 1877, medieval motte-and-bailey castles, and the Église Saint-Martin de Tours, dating from the 15th to the 19th century.

Culture and History

The Église Saint-Martin preserves a window in the south wall of the choir, dated to the late 14th or early 15th century, as well as a pointed-arch portal on the west façade. The church also retains a late-15th-century roof structure over the nave.

The Parc de la Grotte includes a Lourdes grotto and a monumental cross.
