The Médiathèque features an exhibition area and hosts events throughout the year. The exhibition hall at Espace Irène Frain is open to artists from the region who wish to present their artistic work there. Six times a year, Espace Irène Frain also offers a flower-arranging workshop; adults can take part in cardboard craft courses consisting of five sessions.

History

The Pont aux Ânes paper mill is located on the right bank of the Nançon and was already in operation at the beginning of the 17th century. It had fallen into disrepair, was purchased in 1976, and was fully restored.

The construction of Le Manoir manor house is dated to 1598. It once formed part of a substantial manor complex with a residential building, chapel, barn, stable, and cellar; today, only a few remains survive. The Vilherbue manor house dates from the 16th century; its entrance door and fireplace have been preserved in the later building.

In the hamlet of Le Pont stands a house dating from the late 16th or early 17th century that has survived despite alterations, with a moulded round-arched doorway and a moulded window. La Porcherie comprises an altered building with a cellar and residential quarters. Preserved features include a window with a moulded projecting sill, a fireplace with fluted decoration, and a lintel bearing the inscription “M R. G I / B. I. FLOC / 1613”.

Paths and Activities

The La Régalante tourist cycling route follows a section of the former railway line through Lécousse. The 275-kilometre route connects Mont-Saint-Michel with Nantes. The Promenade Verte connects Montaubert school with Chemin du Martray.

The Salle Goéland in the sports complex is designated for martial arts and judo.
