Culture
The Saint-Diboan Chapel was rebuilt in 1720 following a 16th-century building. Its ensemble includes a devotional fountain and a monumental cross. The Church of Saint-Théleau dates from the 16th century. The Chapel of Penvern dates from the 17th century and was restored in the 19th and 20th centuries. The Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Chapel dates from 1877.
The Ster Roudou washhouse contains a gravestone from the former cemetery. The Château de Trévarez, a château, is also located in the surroundings of Leuhan. In the wider region around Leuhan are the Musée des Beaux-Arts, a museum; the Église Notre-Dame de Rosporden, a church; and the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Langonnet, a historic site.

Trails
The Tro Sant Diboan route leads to the Saint-Diboan Chapel in Gouélet. The Tro Keruscun circular hiking trail is 12.5 kilometres long and starts at Place de l'église in Leuhan.
