The Église Saint-Maudan stands on the foundations of a 12th-century church. The foundation stone of the present-day Église Saint-Maudan was laid on Sunday, 3 May 1846.

Culture

The Fontaine Saint-Maudan was restored at the beginning of the 19th century and is a small structure with a Gothic arch on the gable. A statue of Saint Maudan stands in a niche inside.

The Chapelle de la Dormition de la Mère de Dieu is a 20th-century chapel converted from a former stable in La Touche, Plumaudan, and fitted out in 1975. The frescoes were executed in 1979 in the style of Théophane le Grec. Its fresco cycle includes a chronology of the Old Testament and a Deësis featuring Christ, the Virgin Mary, John the Baptist, and the archangels Gabriel and Michael.

History

The Croix du Gacet is a medieval wayside cross that marked the boundary between Plumaudan and Yvignac.

The “Dans l'air de Plum'” circular trail is 10 km long and is listed in the Dinan Agglomération topoguide.
