Culture and History
The Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Church replaced a chapel consecrated in 1546 and was built between 1859 and 1864. Its floor plan is that of a Latin cross. It has a 16th-century baptismal font and a choir screen dating from 1659. It also contains the tomb of the Chevalier du Guiny de Bonaban from the 15th century. The church belongs to the religious heritage of the Presqu'île de Lézardrieux.
Further along, the route crosses a Roman road near the Manoir de Mez-Huel. It passes the Manoir de Kéralio, a granite and slate building from the first half of the 17th century, as well as the flax-retting pond of Troézel Vihan and the 18th-century Manoir de Troézel Vihan, which is now used as a guesthouse.
The Kroas Santel granite cross dates from 1874 and was created by Hernot.
Men ar Rompet is a partially collapsed covered passage, known as an allée couverte. Men ar Rompet belongs to a group of remains from the Neolithic period. Excavations at Men ar Rompet uncovered an archer's bracelet and around forty vessels, most of them bell-shaped.
