Culture and History

The Foire à l’ail de Billom has been a tradition for more than 40 years. The clay and limestone soils of the Limagne and the favourable climate give Billom garlic remarkable flavour characteristics. At Les Champs d’Ail de Billom, plaited garlic, bunches of garlic and products made from it are available from the producers or at events.
