The landscape of the Gorges de la Jordanne combines the Jordanne River, steep cliffs and forests above them in volcanic breccia. A walk in the Gorges de la Jordanne along the Jordanne takes 2 to 3 hours. There is also a playful educational family activity where visitors can learn about the flora and fauna of the natural area.

Le Pas-de-Cère, a waterfall, is located near Lascelle. The mountains Le Courpou Sauvage, Puy de Bassierou and Puy de la Poche are also in the surrounding area.

Culture

The Église Saint-Rémi has been classified as a historic monument by decree of 24 November 1930. It was built by the religious order of Saint-Géraud in the 12th century. In the 14th and 15th centuries, two small chapels were added on either side of its nave.

The castles in the area around Lascelle include Château de Sédaiges, Château de Pesteils, Château De La Laubie and Château d'Anjony.

Activities

Fly fishing using the no-kill method is open to the public at Lac des Graves. The Espace Aventure du Lac des Graves offers an adventure and high-ropes course as well as a large zip line.
