Nature
The Dordogne borders the northern part of Lamonzie-Saint-Martin for approximately 6 kilometres. Along the riverbank, a footpath about 7 kilometres long runs from the SNCF bridge at La Bourgatie to Saint-Martin.

A fish spawning ground has been restored near the Saint-Sylvain church. Below the church, the recently restored Fontaine Saint-Sylvain is located on the banks of the Dordogne.
Lamonzie-Saint-Martin has a rural agricultural landscape strongly shaped by fruit growing, with several hundred hectares of apple orchards, most of which are covered with hail protection nets. In summer, pebble beaches are accessible in Lamonzie-Saint-Martin.
Culture
The listed Domaine du château de Saint-Martin includes the outbuildings and agricultural buildings, the park with its terraces and two bridges, the ornamental structures and hydraulic installations, as well as the access avenue. The market halls at the eastern end are excluded.
The Saint-Sylvain church was repaired or rebuilt in the 14th century after the religious buildings had fallen into disrepair. It is also associated with a nunnery founded by Boson the Elder towards the end of the 10th century. The Saint-Roch church is built in the Gothic style and has a bell tower with a pointed spire.
The Saint-Martin chapel is a former parish seat in the municipality of Lamonzie-Saint-Martin on the banks of the Dordogne. Archaeological investigations there uncovered human bones, ceramic material and remains of walls in 2007. In the 20th century, remains of a Gallo-Roman villa also came to light in Lamonzie-Saint-Martin, including thermal baths, an aqueduct and part of a sarcophagus.
The new Saint-Roch church in Le Monteil was built through donations from the Baroness de Fontvielle; the parish was established by ordinance dated 4 June 1853.
Gastronomy
The summer gourmet market „Les Halles Gourmandes“ takes place in Lamonzie-Saint-Martin every Wednesday evening from 7 to 11 p.m. in the town centre. Various stalls are offered there; no reservation is required.
The Château Haut Lamouthe winery offers guided tours exclusively by appointment. It produces wines from the Bergerac, Côtes de Bergerac and Monbazillac appellations and has a tasting cellar for its wines.
