Culture and History
The Moulin de Saint-Pierre was a flour mill before being converted into a fish farm in 1957. For the Circuit des Moulins, you can park your car at the Moulin de Saint-Pierre in Fouleix.
The present-day Fileyssant building dates from the 17th century and was once the tourne-bride of a château. Fouleix parish church has Romanesque origins.
Agriculture and Insights
The Ferme de l’Ermitage is a certified educational farm. Beef, mutton and vegetables are sold directly there. The Lambert family welcomes visitors for a tour of the farm and introduces them to its work.
An integrated bakery can be seen on the façade of the farmhouse inn.
