Culture
Vidče is home to a wooden bell tower, a traditional timber-built folk structure. It is the oldest cultural monument in the municipality. According to the date on one of its beams, it dates from 1812.
The Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius in Vidče is a valuable example of Neo-Gothic architecture and was built between 1908 and 1914. The cultural history of the village also includes the Valašenka children's folk ensemble from Vidče, founded in 1953. Valašenka put together ethnographic programmes depicting life in a Wallachian village from spring to winter.
