History

Both occupied a strategic position as centres of long-distance trade on the Amber Road. At the Hostýn site, visitors can see a four-metre-high rampart and the ditch running in front of it.

Driving up to Svatý Hostýn without a permit is prohibited because there are too few parking spaces at the summit.
