History and Culture
Zvěstovice was founded along the old regional route known as the Liběnická Trail. Historically, the village was owned by the Vilémovský Monastery.
Zvěstovice is home to a memorial to those who fell in the First World War. The Protestant cemetery with a chapel in Zvěstovice was built in 1862–1863 jointly by Reformed and Lutheran Christians.

Regional bus route 603171 connects Golčův Jeníkov and Třemošnice via Zvěstovice. The village is also listed on a described cycling route: the Mladotice–Spytice cycling route, described on 26 June 2009, passes through Zvěstovice as a stage point.
