The present-day Empire-style Church of St. Wenceslas was built in 1806 on the site of a Gothic church dating from the 14th century that was demolished in 1805. St. Wenceslas Church is a listed historic building.

Nature

The valley along the Bobrůvka stream is a key element of the ecological stability system of the local landscape. In parts of the valley along the Bobrůvka, there is continuous, well-developed riparian vegetation. In addition to the valley along the Bobrůvka, there are wet meadows.

In the wider regional surroundings of Radešínská Svratka are Babylon Hill, Dědkovská hora and Ambrožný. The elevation “(U Smrčin) [Řečice nad Bobrůvkou]” lies in the immediate surroundings of Radešínská Svratka.

Experiences

The circular route “Bobrová around Kalvárie Hill” runs along side roads with lighter traffic and is also suitable for older children. It passes through smaller communities in the vicinity of Bobrová and Radešínská Svratka and through the Bobrůvka area.

The “National Exhibition – Czech Fleckvieh Day” on 17 September 2026 in Radešínská Svratka includes the judging of the animals by renowned independent foreign judges. Radešínská Svratka is scheduled for 16 August 2026 as a preliminary stage of the 26th pilgrimage on foot to Velehrad.
