Krasonov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Krasoňov combines specific local history with a designated cycling route: the Pípalka na Křemešníku cycling route is 44 km long and classified as moderately difficult; it reaches the road between Bystrá and Krasoňov.

Culture

In the village there is a stone wayside shrine dating from the beginning of the 16th century. The chapel dedicated to Saint Wenceslas was built in 1872–1873 after the village bell tower had been demolished. The chapel and the Boží muka were consecrated on 8 November 1874. In 1946, a new altar dedicated to Saint Wenceslas was installed in the chapel and consecrated on 28 October.

The Boží muka in Krasoňov were restored in 2022 and retained their original form after the restoration. The ruins of Orlík are located in the immediate vicinity of Krasoňov. The Želivský Kláštor monastery and the Svatá Anna Church are also located around Krasoňov. The ruins of Janštejn are located in the wider regional area around Krasoňov.

Nature

The Krasoňák pond covers 3.29 hectares. The Krasoňovský potok stream rises near Mikulášov and flows into the Krasoňák pond in the centre of Krasoňov.

The Špičák mountain, Větrov mountain, Březina mountain and Putimovský vrch mountain are located around Krasoňov.
