Culture and history
A chapel dedicated to Saint Anne, dating from 1926, stands in the village square of Krásněves. There is also a monument to those who fell in both world wars. Krásněves is also the birthplace of the poet and prose writer Ladislav Dvořák (1920–1983).
The Chapel of the Name of the Virgin Mary in Krásněves received a new roof covering in 2020. It is included in a list of listed monuments and religious buildings of the municipalities of MAS Havlíčkův kraj.
A second covered bridge over the Olšava above Krásněves was built after the First World War as part of the road from the village to the sawmill and the nearby houses. In 1834, Jan Rychetský and his son Václav received permission to establish a paper mill at the site of the later Vrbův Mill on the Olšava.
