Kdousov: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In Kdousov, there are two statues of Saint John of Nepomuk dating from 1712 and 1741. The building of the Chapter Courtyard No. 12 in Kdousov dates from the mid-18th century.

Culture and History

The Church of St. Linhart is a late Baroque single-nave building with Classicist elements. It includes a Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows, a sacristy with an oratory gallery above it, and a tower above the risalit. Inside the church is an organ built in 1757, which was restored in 1996.

The Baroque rectory west of the Church of St. Linhart is partly enclosed by a preserved boundary wall with a chapel and gate, and has three sundials on its façade. The wayside chapel from 1823 stands in the southern part of Kdousov between old lime trees and contains a wrought-iron double-armed cross. Opposite the Church of St. Linhart, Kdousov is home to a rural farmstead complex probably dating from the second half of the 18th century, with a retirement house and farm buildings.

The Špičák hill, the Schloßberg ruins, Modrácký kopec hill, and Síbeňák hill are located in the surroundings of Kdousov.

Routes

A red-marked hiking trail leads through Kdousov to a crossroads offering a broad, almost circular view of the surrounding area.
