Cycle Route No. 16 from Slavonice to Přibyslav runs through Brzkov. A green-marked hiking trail between Polná and Přibyslav also runs along the western edge of Brzkov’s cadastral area.
Landscape
The Mastník pond lies south of Brzkov. The valley of the Jablonský potok in Brzkov is a biodiversity-rich area where specially protected species can be found. One of the defining landscape areas in the Brzkov region is the corridor along the Skrýšovský potok.
The mountains Vysoká, Blažkov, Rosička and Světka lie in the vicinity of Brzkov. The Vampolím area is situated on the Bystřice River and contains two of the most significant bodies of water in the Brzkov planning area.
Culture
Services at the Chapel of St. John of Nepomuk in Brzkov are listed as taking place every three weeks on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. Its first surviving documentary mention dates from 1831; it was consecrated on 13 May 2012. It was built by the local community. The civic association “Skalka 2009” acted as the developer, and more than 4,000 hours of work were contributed.
Brzkov is home to a metal cross on a shaped stone pedestal; at its base is a relief of Our Lady of Sorrows.
