Ledvice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Ledvice is largely situated in an industrial landscape shaped by Severočeské doly Chomutov and the Ledvice Power Plant. According to the regional tourism classification, the town belongs to the Krušné hory and Podkrušnohoří area.
History
The Church of St Mary was built in Ledvice in 1896 and demolished in 1964 as a result of mining. As coal mining developed in the region, many residents of Ledvice found employment in this sector.

The new Ledvice Power Plant is a destination for industrial tourism and for visiting an observation platform. The Ledvice Information Centre can be reached by a free bus; the stop is at “Ledvice úpravna uhlí”.
