Horní Řepčice lies at the foot of the České středohoří landscape area. Part of the area extends into the České středohoří Protected Landscape Area. The area is suitable for cycling tourism, particularly in combination with hiking tours on Class III roads and local and purpose-built paths with low motor vehicle traffic density.

The Hořidla mountain is located in the vicinity of Horní Řepčice. The current lookout tower on Hořidla dates from 2008 and can be reached from Horní Řepčice via meadow paths. The Sedlo mountain is also located nearby. The Lada mountain and Hradiště u Hlinné mountain are also located in the surrounding area.

History and Culture

No regular services are held in the chapel of Horní Řepčice. Horní Řepčice has a preserved local chronicle, maintained since 1945, and is mentioned in the founding charter of the Litoměřice Chapter from 1057.
