Černiv: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The entire municipal area of Černiv is considered an archaeological site; evidence of several cultures shows that it is an ancient settlement landscape.

Culture and Townscape

The character of the village is reflected in a traditional settlement structure that has remained almost undamaged to this day, as well as in several sacred memorial sites. The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk is a rustic stone work dating from around 1800 and has since been restored. A statue of Saint John of Nepomuk stands on a field path approximately 0.5 kilometres from Černiv.

The Chapel of the Holy Trinity stands in Černiv's village square. It was built in the mid-19th century and is freely accessible.

Dvorec Černiv is a renovated historic estate with eight fully equipped apartments and a total capacity of up to 30 people.

Landscape and Bodies of Water

The landscape around Černiv is predominantly flat, with elevation differences of up to 20 metres. The small watercourse Podsedický potok flows through the area. Together with the adjoining tributary of an open drainage canal, it serves as the most important drainage watercourse.

On the Way

The Hazmburk circular route passes through Černiv. It is described as an easy circular route measuring 33.5 kilometres in length with 234 metres of elevation gain.
