The Labská Trail runs along the right bank of the Elbe through Vědomice; it is cycle route No. 2 and part of EuroVelo 7. Mixed forests border Vědomice to the north, while a floodplain forest borders the Elbe.
Nature
There is a public sports and recreation area by the Elbe in Vědomice.
History and Culture
The Baroque gate of the former Lobkowicz estate is a cultural monument in Vědomice. A manor court in Vědomice is documented in the estate register of 1592. As early as 1579, the foundations were laid for the creation of four pheasant enclosures; two of them were located in the area of Vědomice.
The Chapel of the Virgin Mary has a special historical detail: it was solemnly consecrated by a priest on 24 July 2010, and its foundation contains a time capsule with messages for future generations.
Village Life
The SK SAHARA Vědomice sports club has football and pétanque sections. Its football pitch is located on Lesní Street in Vědomice.
Connections
Bus services connect Vědomice with Roudnice nad Labem and Litoměřice. The ČD railway station in Roudnice nad Labem is 2 km from Vědomice and offers connections to Prague and Ústí nad Labem.
