History and Culture

The first written mention of Vratislávka dates back to 1358. On 27 May 2023, a pilgrimage mass was held at the Chapel of the Virgin Mary in Vratislávka. Refreshments prepared by local housewives were offered after the pilgrimage mass.

A wooden cross near the bus stop in Vratislávka was consecrated in 1999.

Landscape

The southern and western parts of Vratislávka’s cadastral area lie in the valley of the Libochovka River. Víckov is a mountain in the vicinity of Vratislávka. Duforty, Babylon and Ambrožný are mountains in the surrounding area of Vratislávka.

Paths and Trips

A yellow-marked hiking trail runs through part of the Libochovka Valley from Meziboří to Jeřábkův mlýn; Vidonín lies on the opposite side of the valley.

Getting There

By public transport, Vratislávka can be reached by taking IDS-JMK line S3 train to Tišnov and then IDS-JMK line 336 bus. By car, Vratislávka can be reached via road II/389 between Tišnov and Stážek.
