The Church of St. George was built as a fortified church. Its ceiling frescoes were restored from 2005 to 2010.
Churches and Monuments
The Church of All Saints was consecrated on 6 July 1900. Its tower contains two bells dating from 1464 and 1564. Part of the defensive wall has been preserved to this day.
The originally Baroque wayside shrine Boží muka dates from the 17th century and was recognized as a cultural monument on 25 November 1963. The municipal museum is open to the public by prior telephone appointment. Every year in May, a walking pilgrimage takes place to the Chapel of St. Peregrine.
Nature and Trails
Bobrava Nature Park is located in a wooded area between several municipalities, including Ořechov, and encompasses the middle course of the Bobrava stream. Several hiking and cycling trails pass through Bobrava Nature Park.
The Na dolinách wetlands comprise a system of water ponds with a permanently water-covered area of 2.122 ha. Numerous rare animals have been observed there. Štikovec Pond is a popular place for walks.
The Bobrstezka trail lies in the valley of the Bobrava River on the border of the cadastral areas of Ořechov, Nebovidy, Želešice and Moravany.
