Malá Lhota can be explored via specific routes, waterways and historical traces. Cycle route 5197 passes through the village between the Jižní portál and Žernovník. A second connection, cycle route 5221, begins at the “Malá Lhota (rozcestí na Lhotky)” junction and leads via Na Lhotkách, Závist and Etážovka to the brewery in Černá Hora.

History and Culture

Malá Lhota was first mentioned in 1390 in connection with the Černá Hora estate. The village originated in connection with its proximity to the so-called Trstenická cesta, a trade route to Bohemia.

Bus route 313 connects Kuřim and Lysice. In Kuřim, there is a connection to the railway towards Brno; Malá Lhota is served by this bus route.
