Dobřínsko: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Church of St. Prokop stands on a ridge in the middle of the village green in Dobřínsko. In addition to the church, the protected complex also includes the Chapel of the Holy Cross, as well as the surrounding wall with gates and niche chapels. Inside the church is a stone baptismal font dating from the Late Renaissance period, from 1621; on the church’s exterior wall is a tombstone for Anna Zellerová of Rosenthal from 1637.

Culture

Further traces of the village’s history can be found at the lower edge of the village: a mill is mentioned as early as 1535; the weir and remnants of the millrace have survived. Dobřínsko is also home to Boží muka u vepřína, one of the smaller state-protected religious monuments.

Landscape

Dobřínsko features a predominantly agricultural landscape. The Dobřínský stream flows through the municipality, with several ponds along its course. The hill of Perk [Ponds in Moravia] is located in the nearby surroundings; Vrabčí kopec [Jamolice] is also a hill nearby. Leskoun is a mountain in the vicinity of Dobřínsko, while Babí hora is a mountain in the wider regional surroundings of Dobřínsko.

Local

Dobřínsko takes part in the next edition of the joint cycling event Moravskokrumlovskem na kole for the member municipalities. The Prokopská pouť 2026 will take place in Dobřínsko from 3 to 5 July 2026 as a religious pilgrimage.

Penzion Pastouška is located in one of the oldest buildings in Dobřínsko and offers accommodation and traditional cuisine all year round. At Občerstvení Pod Kaštanem, visitors can sample beer cooled in a medieval storage cellar.
