From Nový Hrádek, there is a view into the Dyje valley in Podyjí National Park; the opposite bank is in Austria. The four mountains Binderberg, Schwalbenfelsen, Gollitsch and Příčník are located in the surroundings of Podmolí. Andělský mlýn is the only surviving mill in Podyjí National Park.
