The Gothic Church of Saint Lawrence in Přídolí is protected as an immovable cultural monument under number 37215/3-1385.

Culture and History

After Přídolí received market-town rights in 1457, a wooden pillory was erected in the village square. The stone pillory in Přídolí dates from 1592 and still stands in the same place in the village square today.

In the wider regional surroundings of Přídolí lies Chlumany, an ancient archaeological site. A find near Přídolí is considered the second-largest find of its kind in the Czech Republic.

Nature

Within the cadastral areas of Přídolí lies a Site of Community Importance protected area belonging to the Natura 2000 network.

Kleť and Břevniště, each a mountain, are located near Přídolí. In the immediate surroundings of Přídolí lie Šibeniční vrch and Strážný vrch, each a hill.

Events

At the Svatovavřinecká pouť festival from 9 to 11 August 2024, the Přídolská Padesátka was announced as a traditional cycling competition starting on the grounds of TJ Sokol Přídolí.
