Okrouhlá Radouň makes its cultural heritage visible in a specific place: the memorial to the victims of the First World War and the adjacent park are part of the municipality’s cultural heritage.
Culture and History
The small Chapel of St. Wenceslas was built by the municipality of Okrouhlá Radouň in 2012 and consecrated on 28 September 2012. In 2022, the municipality had a bell tower built at the chapel, using funding from the South Bohemian Region.
Landscape and Relics
Okrouhlá Radouň – halda is an overgrown spoil heap from uranium mining. Uranium mining near Okrouhlá Radouň – halda took place from 1972 to 1989. The site can be reached by car without any traffic restrictions.
The mountains of Kostelík and Cihadlo lie in the immediate vicinity of Okrouhlá Radouň. The mountains of Hluboká and Podstupský vrch are also located in the surrounding area.

The service zone of the Radouňská Rally is located in Okrouhlá Radouň. The organizer publishes overviews of the special stages, as well as information to help spectators find their way and about access points along the route. The Radouňská Rally celebrated its 20th anniversary.
The cycling tour “SKRÝCHOVY, RADOUNĚ A ČERTŮV KÁMEN” heads to Okrouhlá Radouň after the section from Kubalov and also passes the “Okrouhlá Radouň – memorial lime tree” station.
