Vejprnice: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
Vejprnice is home to the High Baroque Church of St. Adalbert, Kostel sv. Vojtěcha, which was built from 1722 to 1726. It is listed in the Central List of National Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The complex includes two identically designed square chapels incorporated into the eastern enclosing wall. In front of the west façade of the church tower is the tomb of Count František Josef z Vrtby; the grounds also include a covered connecting bridge.
Landscape
Vejprnice extends along both banks of the Vejprnický potok stream.
Memorial
The memorial at Suchý důl was added to the list of monuments on 3 May 1958. It commemorates people who were executed during the Heydrich Terror in 1942. The memorial consists of a granite monument with a metal crown of thorns and an inscription, as well as a low wall made of granite blocks.
Paths
The project for the shared path from Vejprnice to Skvrňany is intended to run along the railway line from Vejprnice railway station towards Plzeň as far as the viaduct near Nová Hospoda. For the area of the municipality of Vejprnice, the project provides for 1,966 metres. A new shared route for cyclists and pedestrians, marked with traffic sign C9, is also planned.
