Radkovice U Příchovic: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Radkovice U Příchovic represents a local landscape where historical traces, marked paths and wooded areas come together.

Culture

Less than 2 kilometres south of Radkovice lies the Skála castle ruin, which can be reached via the red hiking trail. It is located between Radkovice and Zálesí on a rocky ridge and consists of two separate castle cores, an upper and a lower one. The castle ruin has been protected as a cultural monument since 1963.

Historical structures have also been preserved within the village itself. At house number c. e. 33, formerly c. p. 18, on the northern edge of Radkovice, remnants of the fortress have survived. The historic village centre also preserves a narrow, road-like village green complex with a chapel.

Jindřín is home to a prehistoric to early medieval fortified settlement and hillfort. The prehistoric hillfort is fortified by a double low rampart that curves around and connects to a natural rock barrier on the summit.

Paths

Red- and blue-marked hiking trails pass through Radkovice. The municipality also has forest roads, marked hiking trails and existing marked cycling routes for recreation and crossing the landscape.
