The hillfort of Ostrov u Bezdružic is an important archaeological site. It is situated on a promontory above the confluence of the Úterský potok and Blažimský potok streams.

The Boží muka in Ostrov u Bezdružic is a small stone monument. The monument dates from the 16th to the 17th century and has a chapel-like top on a square shaft.
The sculptural group of the Holy Trinity is located at a prominent spot on the village green. The small, folk-style sculpture has a pedestal bearing the date 1847. It depicts Christ and God the Father beside a globe crowned with a cross; a dove representing the Holy Spirit is shown on the crossbeam.
