The Church of the Holy Trinity in Mešno is a Neo-Gothic building made of white bricks with decorative elements crafted from stone. Visits are possible by prior arrangement.

Guided tours of the Mešenský Pouskův Mill are offered for groups of 6 to 12 people by prior telephone booking. A trained miller leads visitors through the mill and explains the process of grinding grain. The Mešenský Pouskův Mill preserves original machinery and roller mills dating from 1906 to 1912.

The Mešenský Špejchárek displays household objects that once formed part of the everyday life of earlier generations. The Mešenský Špejchárek is housed in a grain barn that is approximately 300 years old.

On the Mešno–Rokycany 2039 route, a reconciliation cross dating from 1772 is listed as a sight in Mešno by the cemetery wall.

Nature

The Kakejcov area in the cadastral territory of Mešno consists of a small forest pond, a managed meadow and a forest edge. Kakejcov protects the critically endangered northern crested newt (Triturus cristatus).
