Rovensko: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In the centre of Rovensko stands the Chapel of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The church dates from 1856; Rovensko was first mentioned in 1373.

Originally, Rovensko was a purely agricultural community.

Cycling

Cycle route 6230 runs through Rovensko between Svébohov and Chromeč. The Drozdovská Pila–Drozdov section is classified as moderately difficult; bicycle categories T and H are indicated as suitable.

A 42-kilometre cycle route from Zábřeh to Zábřeh also runs through Rovensko and is classified as easy to moderately difficult. The Na Křižovatce restaurant in Rovensko is listed as a refreshment stop on this cycling loop.

As of December 2025, completion of the Rovensko–Zábřeh cycle path was still pending due to outstanding land-consolidation measures in the cadastral area of Zábřeh.

Nature

The mountains Skalka, Obora, Cukrová Bouda and Lazek are located in the vicinity of Rovensko. Hrad Brníčko, a castle, is also located near Rovensko. In the wider regional area lies Nový Hrad, a ruin.
