Veselíčko: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

In Veselíčko, the Hraběnčina educational trail can be explored on foot, by bicycle and in winter on cross-country skis. Tři rybníky is one of the stations along this trail. In Veselíčko, the Tři rybníky locality is one of the frequently visited places.

Nature

The four-hectare castle park and garden in Veselíčko was reconstructed in 2010–2011. There is a gorge about 100 metres long near the Lukavec reservoir.

Culture

Veselíčko Castle acquired its late Baroque appearance in 1769 through the work of the Fulnek builder Thalherr. It can be visited by prior arrangement. The Chapel of St. John in Vicinov contains a statue of Saint John of Nepomuk. The chapel is probably considered the oldest of the three chapels in Veselíčko.

The Chapel of St. František Paluánský contains rare frescoes, which are nevertheless deteriorating. May devotions are still held in May at the Chapel of the Virgin Mary on Zámecký vrch. The chapel is located by the former schoolyard.

History

The Vlčince site in Veselíčko is associated with the Bell Beaker culture.
