Jenišovice is also home to the Sbor krále Jiřího z Poděbrad (Husův sbor), a modern church building based on traditional architectural forms. It was built between 1927 and 1929.
History
The Marian column in Jenišovice is a state-protected monument. It was erected in 1719 by Karel Dostrašil, a burgrave in Rohozec. In front of the church in Jenišovice stands a statue of Saint Anthony of Padua on a tall pedestal. The statue dates from 1808; the merchant Jiřík Nejedly is associated with it.
