Dětřichov lies on the Oleška River in a valley at the western tip of the Jizera Mountains. The IDOL transport zone 6015 in Dětřichov includes four bus stops.
Culture and History
St. Anne’s Church in Dětřichov was first mentioned in 1409. After several renovations, it acquired its present form towards the end of the 19th century.
The former C. A. Preibische mechanical weaving mill is located in the centre of Dětřichov. The tallest of its three factory chimneys has been preserved; it is 65 metres high.
The half-timbered farmhouse No. 67 in Dětřichov is a cultural monument. It features both a half-timbered structure and an enclosing perimeter wall.
Paths and Traces
The Heřmaničky narrow-gauge railway connected Dětřichov with Frýdlant and Kunratice. Part of the Heřmaničky narrow-gauge railway line has been preserved below the cemetery in Dětřichov near house number 223.
The Pašerácká NS educational trail runs along the edge of Dětřichov.
